The Stilh whipper sniper coughs when started then cuts out unless you rev it. If you REV it too much it will still cut out. The manual I received for the head on how to change the nylon was the incorrect manual for this machine. It looks like the head was changed.

Started reasonably easy. Only problem was that I couldn't get more trimmer line to release during operation. Maybe it will get easier with use. Still learning how to use properly.
